Overview: The Bulletin search window allows users to
search bulletins and newsletters based on specific criteria. A User can retrieve
the entire list of bulletins and newsletters in descending order by date, or
search the bulletin or newsletter by keyword. This keyword is searched
against bulletin title or description fields. Upon clicking the hyperlink of any
bulletin, a new window is opened with the bulletin description.
